Rodney Atherton, Esq.
Rod is a prominent tax attorney in the Rocky Mountain Region with clients in many parts of the US. He is highly respected among clients and colleagues for delivering practical and objective solution-driven advice. Rod frequently assists clients with a variety of specialized tax planning issues for individuals, corporations, entities and charities. He has been instrumental in the preparation and implementation of a number of very large and complex tax planning techniques and charitable gifts. In Rod’s more than 30 years of practicing law, he has handled several very large real estate and business transactions and is experienced in technical contracts and complex business transactions.
Rod has been married for more than 33 years and has two grown children. Rod enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter, fisherman, is active in several charities and donates his time to mentoring youth.
Alex Moorhead, Esq.
Alex began his legal career with the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender in Denver, Colorado. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Alex handled a variety of misdemeanor cases, constitutional based motion hearings, and argued and won his first jury trial.
Today, Alex successfully practices estate planning, business administration and contract law, entity formation, real estate and tax law.
Outside of practicing law, Alex likes to spend his time reading, watching movies, learning Spanish, and attempting his hand at the piano. He also enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors with his wife and their two dogs.
