Rod is a prominent tax attorney in the Rocky Mountain Region with clients in many parts of the US. He has been instrumental in the preparation and implementation of a number of very large and complex tax planning techniques and charitable gifts. In Rod’s more than 30 years of practicing law, he has handled several very large real estate and business transactions and is experienced in technical contracts and complex business transactions.
Rod has been married for more than 33 years and has two grown children. Rod enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter, fisherman, is active in several charities and donates his time to mentoring youth.
